June 3rd, 2019 (6/03/19)- General Body Meeting

Point System:

· 10 points awarded per semester

· Must have at least one point in each category

· Used to increase participation and keep the brotherhood alive!

· Beer Olympics with Psi O-Fridy, June 21st Location TBD…..someone’s backyard?

· Happy Hour- Thursday, July 18th

o Paddle tavern and canoeing to follow

· Family System in the works

· Logan made cool shirt designs

Recruitment: Akshat Desai & Steven Fegan

· Video in the works

o Take more HORIZONTAL videos over summer

· Invite incoming D1s to summer events

· Contacted Amber May to reach out to PSP members

· Logan made a cool teaser video

Historian: Nisha Soni

· Website coming soon that will allow members to have access to points and updated events

Service: Stephanie Drake

· Trash pick-up around campus

· Volunteer at festivals throughout summer (Polish Fest, Food Truck Fest, etc.)

· Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic (contact Sahar)

o Spring Break 2020, ~$1500 to participate

o Work with DSD chapters across the nation

o Need at least 10 people to commit (may open up to incoming D1s)

o Interest will be gauged before committing so look out for a sign up soon!
